These art workshops, with clients of the Interfaith Community Center - "Pete's Place" - began in the summer of 2022 as part of the CHART project. CHART artists listened to participants' stories and opinions and perspectives about living in Santa Fe while making art. With additional funding from Artful Life, the workshops continue under the leadership of project artist Hernan Gomez Chavez. Project artists bring free art-making and poetry-making materials and instruction, as well as food gift cards, water bottles, bandanas, to Pete's Place on a regular basis.
